Melissa — thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the neighborhood. A 2024-build, 5 bed, 4 bath, two-story home, sitting empty and waiting for you to bring your family and your two pets back into it — that's a great moment, and an even better moment to clean. The builders left, the dust settled into corners you can't see yet, and the next thing that happens in this house should be you walking in to a finished, hand-detailed move-in clean.

You told us the home is empty and you'd like us in within the week, weekdays, AM or PM. That works on our end. What follows is the move-in / move-out service, the full checklist of what we will touch, the way we price it for a home that gave us a square-foot range instead of an exact number, and three optional ongoing rhythms for after you're settled.

What We're Caring For

A move-in clean, done by hand.

An empty 2024 build, between 2,500 and 4,000 sq ft, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two stories, with two pets coming home after we're done. Pristine surfaces from the builder, but a year of construction-tolerance dust, fingerprints on every cabinet face, and the small things that only show up when the furniture isn't there to hide them. That's what this clean catches before you move in.

You gave us a square-foot range, not an exact number, which is the right move — we'd rather measure it ourselves than charge you for what a website said. We've priced this at the middle of your range so you have a real number to plan around. If we measure under 3,000 we drop the price; over 3,500 we adjust up. Either way you see the number before we start. You will never get a surprise invoice from us.

Move-In / Move-Out Gold Standard Detail

Empty home, 5 bed / 4 bath, two stories, mid-range estimate at 3,250 sq ft. Trained interior crew on-site. Includes everything in our deep clean plus inside every cabinet and drawer, every closet interior, all light fixtures, switch plates, outlet covers, and window tracks — the things you only get to clean once, before the furniture arrives.

Includes the +$25 pet allowance (residual hair and dander) and a small adjustment for the 4th bathroom. If your home measures under 3,000 sq ft at the walkthrough, we drop to $545. Over 3,500, we move to $685. We measure first.

Scheduling Empty home, weekday AM or PM, within the week — we can typically be on-site within 2-3 business days of you saying yes. Two-story homes in this size class run a long single day; we'll lock the start time around your move-truck schedule. You don't need to be present — our trained interior crew is W-2, background-checked, and we'll lock up behind ourselves.

Monthly cadence is also available at $250/visit a la carte, $238 on Platinum — ask if that fits your rhythm better.
